Follow Up From Hansville Community Center Talk

Last night I had the pleasure of giving a talk at the Hansville Community Center.  I had a ton of fun sharing some of the things my cams have discovered.  I’d like to thank all who attended and would like to follow through on a couple of things, due to some great questions during Q&A.

I got a request to post the video that I shared at the end of the presentation, so here it is.  Be sure to have some nice headphones or speakers....

One of the questions was about a convergence zone, so here is a video of one I captured back on March 2, 2013.

I also did some research about the “Green Flash”…..  I know what one is now and found a video to share…. :)

Once again, thanks to all who attended and let's hope that May will not be a "happy place" for the Pluviophiles....  (Inside joke)....  :)

I just reviewed the sunset last night that took place during the talk...  Here is part of that 98.61% that we don't see...  :)

  1. Yup. That is what a green flash looks like. I did not know you could photograph it because I thought it was an optical illusion.
I have seen it only twice in two years of Pacific Ocean cruising and it was a bit more dramatic than the photo. But awe inspiring.
